At Rawdah, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully prepared just for you. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and high customer demand, orders are made to order and require additional time to prepare.

Processing Time

A number of our products are handcrafted and made to order.
Because of this — and due to high demand for our collections — please allow 5–9 days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we create each piece with care and intention.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are 1-3 weeks

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, postal delays, or periods of unusually high demand. Rawdah is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rawdah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
