100-Day Returns and exchanges

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Customized & Personalized Items

All customized or personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.


Giveaway Purchases

Items purchased during a giveaway promotion are eligible for exchanges only.
No refunds will be issued for giveaway-related purchases.

Exchanges are subject to:

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@rawdah.co with your order number and reason for return.

If your request meets the criteria and is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange if applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
