1. Overview The Rawdah Collection Umrah Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by Rawdah Collection Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility This Giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Are legal residents of Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
  • Hold (or are able to obtain) a valid passport and necessary travel documents.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on April 8, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entries:

  • Participants receive one (1) entry for every $5 CAD spent.
  • Entries are based on the order subtotal only (excluding taxes and shipping).
  • Currency Conversion: For purchases made in USD or GBP, the subtotal will be converted to CAD using the exchange rates as of June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST to determine the final number of entries.

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

  • Newsletter Subscription: Subscribe to the Rawdah newsletter for one (1) entry. Limit one (1) newsletter entry per person.
  • Mail-In Entry: On a plain piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address, and mail it to: Rawdah Collection Inc., Attn: Umrah Giveaway Entry, PO Box 11016, Scarborough RPO Guildwood Plaza, ON, M1E5G5. Each unique mail-in request will count as two (2) entries. Limit: A maximum of five (5) mail-in entries per person is permitted (for a total of 10 entries via this method). Mail-in entries must be received by June 28, 2026. Any mail-in entries that are duplicated, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise misrepresent the entrant's identity or eligibility will be void and disqualified. Rawdah Collection Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

5. Prize Details One (1) winner will receive a 7-day Umrah trip package for two (2) people, including:

  • Round-trip economy flights.
  • Hotel accommodation within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram, Makkah. Rawdah Collection Inc. will make reasonable efforts to secure accommodation meeting this standard; however, in the event this is not possible due to availability or circumstances beyond our control, comparable accommodation will be provided as close to Masjid al-Haram as reasonably practicable.
  • The itinerary will include time spent in both Makkah and Madinah. The specific duration and division of time between the two cities will be determined by Rawdah Collection Inc. at its sole discretion based on availability and logistical considerations.
  • Umrah visa processing.
  • Ground transportation (including airport transfers and intercity travel between Makkah and Madinah).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,000 CAD. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes associated with the prize. Exclusions: Meals and personal spending money are not included.

6. Prize Conditions & Travel Window

  • Travel Deadline: Travel must be completed by November 30, 2026.
  • Blackout Dates: Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates may apply.
  • Alternative Cash Option: If travel dates cannot be mutually agreed upon, the Company reserves the right to offer a cash alternative of $5,000 CAD at its sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Live Draw: The winner will be selected via random draw live on Instagram @rawdahxcollection on June 30, 2026, at 9:00 PM EST.
  • Notification: The winner will be contacted via email and/or Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
  • Verification: The winner is subject to approval and must meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Release & Prize Claim As a condition of receiving the prize, the selected winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability ("Release") within seven (7) days of notification. The Release will confirm the winner's eligibility, release Rawdah Collection Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, and consent to the publicity terms outlined in Section 12. Failure to sign and return the Release within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

9. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement In accordance with Canadian law, the selected winner (if a Canadian resident) must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to claim the prize.

10. Right to Cancel, Suspend, or Modify Rawdah Collection Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation, or to not award the prize, depending on the circumstances.

11. Force Majeure Rawdah Collection Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, airline cancellations or disruptions, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize fulfillment and, where possible, offer a reasonable alternative at our sole discretion.

12. Publicity By accepting the prize, the winner grants Rawdah Collection Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use their name, social media handle, general location, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to this Giveaway, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Residents of jurisdictions where such consent is not permitted or is revocable may contact us at info@rawdah.co to discuss their options.

13. Privacy Personal information collected through this Giveaway (including entries, winner verification, and prize fulfillment) will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications. Information will not be sold to third parties. Where a participant becomes a prize winner, their personal information may be retained and used by Rawdah Collection Inc. indefinitely for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Winners who are residents of the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions with data retention rights may contact us at info@rawdah.co to exercise any applicable rights. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Participants located in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions subject to data protection legislation should be aware that their information will be transferred to and processed in Canada. By entering, you consent to this transfer and processing.

14. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rawdah Collection Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to travel disruptions, flight cancellations, visa denials, injury, loss, or damage occurring during travel. In no event shall Rawdah Collection Inc.'s total liability to any participant exceed the approximate retail value of the prize ($7,000 CAD).

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. By participating, entrants from the United States and the United Kingdom irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in Ontario.

16. Purchases During the Giveaway Period All purchases made during the Giveaway Period (April 8, 2026 to June 28, 2026) are final and non-refundable, as the purchase price forms the basis for entry allocation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all purchases remain eligible for Rawdah Collection Inc.'s lifetime warranty and 100-day risk-free return policy in accordance with their standard terms. In the event a return is accepted under those policies, any entries allocated on the basis of the returned purchase will be void and removed from the Giveaway.

17. General Conditions

  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Rawdah Collection Inc. are not eligible to participate.
  • Entries generated through automated means, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent methods will be void.
  • Rawdah Collection Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner at any time.
  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Rawdah Collection Inc. with respect to the Giveaway.
